Our vehicle was sold to us as a CPO. Later, we found out that the vehicle was not CPO, and it had been incurred into a moderate to major vehicle dama
Our vehicle was sold to us as a CPO. Later, we found out that the vehicle was not CPO, and it had been incurred into a moderate to major vehicle damage. The dealership never informed us of a Carfax prior to purchase with the exception that they emphasized that the vehicle was CPO. Will never do business with the dealership however, the customer service at the service center is outstanding.

I would like to know how can my spouse and I recover the depreciation of our vehicle. Hence, when we go to trade in the vehicle, which will be very soon, the corresponding value will not be the same without a clear Carfax.
