Great Buying Experience!!! Kris, my sales consultant, was very pleasant to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. He made the buying process very easy Kris, my sales consultant, was very pleasant to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. He made the buying process very easy. The trim style of Sonata I wanted was not on the lot and he was able to locate it and have it delivered with no issues. Jennifer, with finance, was also very professional. She explained all my options and made the paperwork fast and pleasant. I also own a 2006 Sonata. I take to Hall for all of my service needs. When I need service, I deal with Chris. He is very easy going and informative. When my car needs any work, he always shows me clear pricing for the job. And my car always come back to me clean. On occasion, when Chris is unavailable, Brenda will step right up and take of me! I have had such a great experience with my '06 Sonata and Hall Hyundai, that it was no brainer to buy my new Sonata from them. I so glad I did!!! Great dealership all the way around!! A+++++ More

That may be an odd way to say what I'm trying to convey, but my point is that often times the ones who work the hardest and provide the greatest service are the people in the back and who don't get the positive feedback that they deserve. Brenda you have been a great help to me with my service needs and you are an important part of why Hall Hyundai is such a great dealership. A lot of the people that you see are frustrated because they're cars need servicing which means their delicate schedules get knocked out of kilter. We sometimes take that out on the service people, but Brenda you truly have a way about you that can calm the nerves of a frustrated customer which opens the door for you to do what you do best and that is help meet the need. I was pleased with the deal that they gave me in upgrading from my previous used car to her new 2014 Accent. Great Deal on a 2013 Azera Lease Last week dropping in for a warranty service request on my 2013 Sonata. I left with a loaner Azera and ended up leasing the white 2013 Azera. I was Last week dropping in for a warranty service request on my 2013 Sonata. I left with a loaner Azera and ended up leasing the white 2013 Azera. I was not really looking at trading in a 2013 Sonata for a bigger and better Azera but once the lease numbers were passed to me -- with no money down and my trade, it came to less than my monthly COX Communications bill. I could not resist that monthly bill for what i was getting a very nice near luxury sedan. The Hall Hyundai sale staff were very easy to work with and I even got some breaks (at least I think I didi). This is my fourth car from this dealership since 2010. Jamie Cornette was my salesman and I would recommend him to any friend. He of course wants to make some money off of you but is knowledgeable, reasonable and very pleasent to work with and gave me a sincere impression of wanting to make me happy with the new 2013 Azera. He did and I am sure if any issues crop up he will be on my side. More

I made a service appt on line friday 12-2-11 for monday morning. I arrived 15 mins early I was quickley greeted, Brenda had my information up and ready and by 8;10 my car was taken back. Fourty five minute morning. I arrived 15 mins early I was quickley greeted, Brenda had my information up and ready and by 8;10 my car was taken back. Fourty five minutes later my car was inspected the oil was changed and they checked all other systems on my Sonata. Not only was it fast there was no charge for my services today. Being the holiday season no charge was music to my ears. This is my second time I have been in for service on my vehicle and Brenda has been amazing. I thank Hall for the service dept. here I can tell you it makes it very hard to want to go anywherelse when you get a product and service like I get at Hall Hyundia. I am probably an exception since I actually look forward to taking my 2011 Sonata in for car service...the experience, price, and courtesies extended to me have been super over the past year. Every attemp to taking my 2011 Sonata in for car service...the experience, price, and courtesies extended to me have been super over the past year. Every attempt and offer for service and convenience is extended to me by this fine dealership run by Mr. Nance. When I buy my next Hyundai (and unless I get struck by lightening, I will) it will be from Hall in Newport News. It is convenient to where I live and the smiles from Brenda Messer, a SVCc Manager, on down are genuine. More
