Best Car Buying Experience...Ever!!!! Recently decided to trade-in my Volvo SUV for an Audi. I found a few available vehicles online and decided to swing by the dealership to check them al Recently decided to trade-in my Volvo SUV for an Audi. I found a few available vehicles online and decided to swing by the dealership to check them all out. When I arrived, Brendan was in the lobby and promptly asked if I needed any assistance. I told him about the few options I was looking at and he quickly offered his help to see if the vehicles were available. Right from the start Brendan was warm, engaging, attentive, and extremely knowledgable. The vehicle I had my sights set on was just purchased that very same day, but quickly Brendan located another car with similar specifications to the one I wanted. He located the car for me, took me for a test drive, and walked me through some features. Having never owned an Audi before, I had a million questions, and every single one Brendan had an answer to. Upon leaving, I told Brendan that I would like to trade in my current Volvo. Over the next two days Brendan got all the information about this newly stocked vehicle to me, my trade-in information, and other information that I had requested. On Saturday, I came in, took the car for one last test drive, and decided to purchase the vehicle. When it came time to negotiating on the price of the new vehicle and my trade-in Brendan made the process as pain free as possible. I truly felt like he was on my side, ensuring that I was comfortable and getting the best deal. Very quickly we came to an agreement. Two days later I picked up the vehicle. It was beautifully detailed, and had a nice handwritten sign hanging from the rear view mirror. Brendan went through the entire on-boarding one more time with me, walked the car to ensure it was in top shape, and gave me all his contact information. He showed me around the dealership so I feel comfortable knowing were to bring it in for service. Thank you Brendan for making this the BEST car buying experience ever. -Ryan More

Is Brendan the Best? I arrived at Audi Burlington intending only to lease a new car to replace my Q5 which had reached the end of its lease. Brendan was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the Audi models and was very helpful to me in making a decision to lease an SQ5. Working with Brendan was fun to work with and very enjoyable. He also was fair and straightforward--not a quality I associate tip car salesmen! I went home and told my wife that she should call Brendan and shop for a new car--she was driving a 2014 Allroad. The next day Brendan offered a very fair trade-in value for her car and we bought a new 2017 Allroad for a great price. Brendon is great to work with and he is the best salesperson we have every encountered. He still checks in to see if everything is alright with the cars. All in all, working with Brendan was a great experience! More
