Integrity and excellence always first with Brendan! Let me preface this review by saying this is not the first vehicle I have bought from Brendan at Herb Chambers in Burlington. Previously I had purchased a new 2014 S4, when one day I happened upon my dream car on their site and a CPO to boot...an RS7. Being part of the CPO program, pricing is very simple. As always Brendan went out of his way to get what I wanted for my trade on the S4. Upon receiving the RS7 there was some issues with the wheels (21" wheels) from the previous owner which had to be corrected, Brendan apologized immedately got me my loaner and then I was off. Fast forward two weeks and I am still having issues with the wheels and notice some flat spots in the wheels themselves. As you all might expect I was getting ready for a fight with the dealership as I now wanted the wheels completely replaced for my own peace of mind, after all it was a CPO car that was pretty expensive. Brendan went out of his way to coordinate everything internally at the dealership so I would end up getting my dream car delivered in perfect condition, alleviating all the stress of the impending battle I assumed that would ensue. This potential nightmare situation was handled with integrity and professionalism by Brendan, would recommend dealing with him for any of your Audi car needs. Knows his products, has an incredible brand, but most of all is ALWAYS putting his customers first! Nice job as always Brendan! Thank you! More

Excellence through and through I had the accidental pleasure of working with Brendan Leary over a year and a half ago when I blindly walked into the dealership just to talk to some I had the accidental pleasure of working with Brendan Leary over a year and a half ago when I blindly walked into the dealership just to talk to someone about the pros/cons of leasing vs buying. I had never leased before, didn't speak the "language", and didn't even know the questions to ask. Brendan was patient, thorough, and kind. I never once felt that he didn't have my best interest in mind, and I ended up leasing a car from him. He checked in with me after I drove off the lot, and was quick to answer my calls whenever I had a question about the car as I was getting used to it. Nearly 2 years later, I called Brendan this past weekend because I had a small "run in" with a parking structure. He was only concerned that I was ok (which I was, the only thing bruised was my ego) and reassured me that he would help me take care of the car and connect me with the service department first thing. He didn't have to take the time to do this, as the sale of this car was long over, and I could have called the service department myself, but I knew he would have some wisdom and guidance for me. And as always, Brendan delivered. More

Easy & Pain-Free Car Buying Experience! After a disappointing experience at another Audi dealership in the Boston area, I was hesitant to start my car search again. I landed at the Burlington dealership after finding a 2016 Audi A3 online and met Brendan. It was a pleasure working with him, as he made the entire car buying process easy and pain-free. I was in the process of returning a lease at a different dealership and Brendan helped align my new car to the specific timeline I was on. Brendan was attentive and kept me calm through the entire process by communicating all the details. He also helped with advice regarding my lease and what to expect through that process. Brendan also communicated with my boyfriend and father, answering all their questions as well. Car buying is never an easy experience, but Brendan made it just that. I would highly recommend working with him and the entire Audi Burlington dealership staff. More

My family and I have purchased 7 Audis and have been extreme ly happy with the sales process through servicing of the vehicles. Once we took delivery of three Audis on the same day and everything went flawlessly ly happy with the sales process through servicing of the vehicles. A Seriously Stellar Experience To say that Brendan goes the extra mile is an understatement. My husband and I recently bought a car from him and the whole experience was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to understand what we were looking for in a car. His patience with our long and arduous decision-making process was medal-worthy and we would recommend him over and over again. He was fully supportive of the time it took for us to come to a decision - and was completely committed to making sure we were making the right decision for us. And we did. Brendan was going to work to get it transferred back, but I asked to drive whatever they had that was the same model to make sure the effort wasn’t wasted. I drove a car that was $10k more than what I’d planned on spending, but it was just what I was looking for. Rather than giving up on me (with tact and straight talk), we worked the numbers, looked at the work the dealership had put into the car, the warranty details, and ultimately I got to take it home! I probably wouldn’t have spent the extra money, if not for Brendan’s professionalism, confidence in his product, and his ability to walk me through it all (he even helped entertain my raucous 2 year old). I’m SO happy I spent a little extra and bought the car. More
