Highly recommend Brendan Leary! I feel fortunate for the opportunity to have worked with Brendan in finding the Audi that I wanted. Brendan is a genuine guy who works for you and wit I feel fortunate for the opportunity to have worked with Brendan in finding the Audi that I wanted. Brendan is a genuine guy who works for you and with you, to get you into the car you want/ need, rather than just trying to sell you a car. He made sure I knew what my options were so that it felt like I was making an informed decision. I could tell he had my best interests- I never once felt pressured into the sale, he always followed through on every word, and I can promise you that when I'm ready for the next Audi, he will be the person I contact. Exceptional Customer Service I walked in to the service area to get the oil changed and walked out with a brand new Audi Q3 from Herb Chambers Burlington Audi. I credit the lady in the service area (apologies for not remembering her name) and Brendan Leary in particular for helping to make the experience a positive one. He showed an extraordinary amount of patience throughout the process. Not only he made sure that my car needs are met, he also made sure the this was within my budget.. Patient and Fun Brendan was great. He was patient while I worked through which car I wanted - no pressure! He even arrange for us to bring our dog for a test ride Brendan was great.
