Josh picked me up at the airport when my car was being serviced on his day off because I needed a ride to pick up my car. Brandon weeks after my purchase came over to my house to assist in programming garage door opener. When I bring my car in for servicing they introduce me every time to the service staff and remind me to contact them if I need them for anything. And to that end, a thank you to Derek Brodeur from service. While I have purchased cars at other Herb Chambers dealerships, NONE come to close to the service and follow up of these two individuals. I credit Mr. Adnan Sehovic, the General Manager for such a well-run and oiled machine (no pun intended; well maybe). Thanks for the fantastic service guys....I'll be back for my next Audi in two years!! More

I went to Audi of Burlington after being dissatisfied with another local Audi dealership's service and staff. I could not have been more pleased with how Audi of Burlington was on the complete opposite side of the spectrum. As soon as I walked into the dealership, I was immediately greeted by one of their sales staff, Brendan Leary, who could not have made this experience more enjoyable. He made me feel right at home -- I felt like we were old friends catching up more than a sales rep and a customer. Brendan was very knowledgeable about the entire Audi Lineup, having answered all my specific questions. Brendan walked me comfortably through the process, listening to what my needs were, finding me exactly what I wanted. He is not like most sales staff, who don't really listen to what you want, and then tell you what you NEED, and try to sell you whats on the lot--Brendan listened to my specific requirements, went out of his way to find me several options within the Audi network that would meet all of my requirements. He had the car on the lot and ready to go with a couple of days. Now I would be very happy with a single Hole in One, but Brendan knocked it out of the park this time again with outstanding service. Brendan put me in a 2016 S8 Plus and delivered it to my office in less than 48 hours! The car was ready to go, Brendan got to my office early and changed the plates and then carefully removed my Boston Parking Decal perfectly so it could be re-used. I also want to mention the great help from Adnan and Nick who have to be the best Auto Dealership management with whom Ive worked. Great job Brendan - and thanks! More
