I wasn't sure what exact model I wanted going in s Writing to relay to Audi Burlington that I had an excellent experience dealing with Brendan Leary. I wasn't sure what exact model I wanted going in so Brendan's in depth knowledge of not only the brand as a whole but every feature/spec of each vehicle was apparent right away. Brendan's expertise, local roots, excellent demeanor and low pressure approach all combined to make my first Audi purchase experience a truly positive one. Rating the dealership 'good' due to my first visit (on a Sunday p.m.) when I didn't get helped in the showroom so ended up just walking around the lot to look at the inventory before leaving to visit another dealer. I decided to give Audi Burlington a second chance and returned for a vehicle test drive and met Brendan. Brendan (along with Zak Nolen in finance) successfully turned around what was not a great first impression of the dealership and both employees were really great to work with. Whether it was via email or phone each took the time to answer all of my questions and/or allay my concerns. Thank you Brendan for your customer centric mindset which is a rare trait these days! More

How else could I explain buying a new car on November 16, and then just a few months later on February 4 buy another new car? From Adnan's leadership, to Nitra's attentiveness, to Jonathan's massive collaborative effort, and concluding with Brendan's delivery of my car - my experience has been outstanding and my car purchase an absolute dream come true. Now, let's talk about the delivery. Brendan's fervor, attention to detail, and first rate concern for all aspects of my purchase experience is barnone the most enthusiastic and joyful of my car purchases (of which this is my 30th car purchase). Brendan has been a "go to guy" with whom I felt fully comfortable trusting in, getting anything that I needed done, and ultimately sharing in my "12-year old boy buys a supercar" dream come true. Knowing I wanted to buy a new car a How often to do you have an interaction with a New Car Dealer and at the end of the day you are glad you did? Knowing I wanted to buy a new car and Herb Chambers has the most product, I sought a dealership that would have the variety of product choice yet can accommodate that I live in new Hampshire and is equipped to sell a vehicle across state lines. As it turns out, I had a chiropractic appointment, and I struck up a conversation with an Audi technician. To make a long story short, he introduced me to Brendan Leary the only sales person he could recommend. Brendan Leary went out of his way to make this event happen - driving two hours to my home (with the new car) to register it and transfer ownership from the dealership to me. This trip, of course, was after I/we constructed a deal that was comfortable. Thank you, Brendan, I have a feeling that I will see you again. More

I originally visited Audi of Burlington to take a quick look at the A6 before leasing another BMW 5 series. Needless to say, I am happy I made the trip. I am fortunate that I met Brendan Leary. Rather than "sell" me the car, I truly feel that he helped me purchase one... Yes, I know I sound like a Herb Chambers ad, but it's true! Brendan has amazing product knowledge, a calm no-pressure demeanor and a clear desire to make sure that I ended up in a car that I would truly enjoy. Josh Morrison was accessible, honest and transparent as he located a car that had the options I wanted and as we finalized the deal. I highly recommend Brendan, Josh and the entire team at Audi of Burlington. More

He went above and beyond -- because I started a new job the week I got the new car, I did not have a lot of time to pick it up and get the plates transferred and the vehicle inspected. He drove the new car to my work, and did the switch with the old one. I went into work in the morning with a 2013 and left work and drove home in my new 2016. Fun and wonderful! I also had a couple of issues within days of owning the new car -- even though they were not sales related, Brendan was on top of it and made great recommendations for next steps. Really enjoyed working with him! More
