Scheduled an appt drop off time with them @0715am, didn’t receive first call until almost 3pm saying they’re backed up and haven’t even looked at my car yet. Said they will call back before they close never receive first call until almost 3pm saying they’re backed up and haven’t even looked at my car yet. Said they will call back before they close never did. Call the next morning to get an update on my vehicle no response. They finally call at 3 PM saying my battery had low voltage so they charged the battery and the back hatch opened. Also brought it in because the rear seat would not go down. They charge me $260 just to check it and told me the only fix was an entire backseat which cost $8500 and just the motor cannot be replaced. They still charge me an additional $260 for the diagnostic on the car not starting properly. It’s been two days and now the car I just changed the battery in the car cause it wouldn’t start and now it’s just sitting in the garage. I will not be bringing my vehicle back to Tony Nissan for any maintenance. More
