My wife and I have been contemplating getting a new family vehicle since our first child was born late last year. Having poor experiences with a local car dealership, we extended our search to the Phoenix area and with an online inquiry I was lucky enough to end up with John Barravecchio. He contacted me with a written out email and not a copy/paste as I’d gotten elsewhere. He answered my questions precisely, was available when I had follow up questions, and didn’t rush us or put pressure on us in any way. I would, without question, send any friends or acquaintances to John at this dealership or any other he chooses to work at in the future. Subaru Superstore is lucky to have him as an employee as his method of sales was the major deciding factor in us purchasing from this location. First car made easy As a first-time car buyer I've been told to fear dealerships. Originally I only drove to the dealership to check out a car I was interested in before As a first-time car buyer I've been told to fear dealerships. Originally I only drove to the dealership to check out a car I was interested in before buying it from an online marketplace but a Salesman, Ron Lundberg, approached me and surprised me with both his kindness and knowledge of the vehicle. As a younger adult I usually have a hard time with salesmen taking me seriously but Ron treated me with dignity and respect throughout the whole process. Signing was very streamlined and Finance (I believe his name was Brent) did not try to over-sell warranties and additions. Ultimately, I am very satisfied with my vehicle and fully believe that they will take good care of me in the future. More

The moment that I met him I knew that I was going to be in good hands. He treated me with respect and he oozes integrity. He seamlessly helped me find the car I was looking for and he never once pressured me to make the purchase. I could tell that he genuinely wanted to help me find something within my smaller budget. He explained pricing and ensured that I was clear on everything in front of me. This is my first Subaru, and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and my experience. If there were more managers like Dave Griffin in the industry, women like me would not feel intimidated by the experience and the entire car sales industry would benefit. I'm not into a lot of AI technology, but if we could clone Dave, that would be ideal. More

Even when he was out sick he made sure someone at the showroom could look out for us, having particular models available for us to test drive. Ron was great when we came in for our test drive and vehicle pickup. Ron told us about the Phoenix Car Show where we could not only see many makes and models to narrow our search, but also that Subaru gave out coupons there. We appreciated very much the orientation that Dustin gave us with the all the tech and will be taking advantage of the catered monthly orientation class for new owners. Brent in finance was good to work with. He was a great listener and was flexible in establishing a finance plan for us. We highly recommend Chandler Subaru. More
