This past week (August 2020) we r impressed by both the vehicle performance and level of customer service provided during routine maintenance checks. This past week (August 2020) we realized we needed another vehicle so decided to check out a few different models for our growing family. John Barravecchio was great to work with and made our experience even better than the first time. He showed us the models we wanted to see, had them ready on time for test drives and provided us with all the data we needed to make the best decision for our needs. Nice Used Car Buying Experience! Yes, it IS possible to buy a used car from a dealer that is upfront, courteous, professional, friendly and helpful. We were looking for a nice, afford Yes, it IS possible to buy a used car from a dealer that is upfront, courteous, professional, friendly and helpful. We were looking for a nice, affordable used Toyota Camry that included a Blind Spot Monitor. Pretty specific needs! :-) Luckily for us, Subaru Superstore of Chandler had just taken in trade a 2012 Camry XLE hybrid with BSM. We had to wait about a week to see it, while they inspected and detailed it. It was worth the wait...it looks like a new car and has only 65k miles, and at a great price! When we arrived at the dealership for a test drive, we expected to see the car outside and ready for us to drive. We were concerned when we didn't see the car...and then went inside and discovered it was waiting in an air conditioned area for us to look at and drive. Nice! We dealt almost exclusively with John Barravecchio, with a little help from David Griffin. Both were great! We worked mostly with John and he's a really great guy -he even offered tips for selling our 2010 Camry when we decided not to trade it in. This dealership is first class and they sell really nice used cars with no pressure and no games. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish and we highly recommend this dealership! More

I highly recommend them and will shop there again. I live in Snowflake and was not able to come down and look at the vehicle but they worked with me over the phone and gave me an out the door price and sent me pictures and took time to make things work for me and when I got down to the dealership the price that was quoted, was that price, the vehicle was the vehicle we discussed and everything went very smooth.
