Second purchase I used this dealership because it was easy to purchase a vehicle on line. I was able to get price quotes, which made it easy to shop around. Also having the lower tax rate helps I was disappointed however to find the hitch I had purchased had not been installed. I was hoping to use on vacation. I live 150 miles away and will have to arrange to go back to have done, not to happy about that. I was also given a price quote on a Forester when I was asking about a “ forest green” Outback. I have used this dealership for several years and have been very happy with service and the friendliness of staff. More

Best Ever Dealership Experience! Tom Darby is the best example of a really Great Sales Associate, who went out of his way to make sure that we got the Subaru Forester of our dreams. My husband is recovering from a serious accident and I was able to conduct much of our pre-sale discussions over the phone with Tom Darby. He sent me several emails, texts and returned promptly my phone calls. He found and had delivered the exact vehicle that we wanted. When we came in to finalize our paperwork, Tom Darby met us in the parking lot and even helped put together my husband’s wheel chair for me! He is very personable, friendly, and had everything ready for us!, He took the time to make sure that we understood everything and that we were very pleased with our beautiful 2019 Subaru Forester! We left feeling like we truly have a new friend. Brent Beck in Finance was also very friendly and easy to talk with. He went over everything and we never felt pressured at all. He took his time and answered every question. My husband and Brent really hit it off talking about old times, cars and motorcycles.
