Got Keys to a Brand New Chevrolet Hi, I recently purchased my new 2019 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab All-Star Edition from the great folks at Nimnicht Chevrolet and couldn’t be happier. My Hi, I recently purchased my new 2019 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab All-Star Edition from the great folks at Nimnicht Chevrolet and couldn’t be happier. My salesperson was Christina and she was awesome! I’m not sure if Nimnicht allows their employees unlimited coffee or not but Christina’s energy would definitely suggest that they do lol. I let her know I don’t like to spend a lot of time at the dealership when purchasing a vehicle so she had everything prepared as much as possible when I arrived. Once I arrived at the dealership, she was ready for our appointment and made me tired watching her run around getting my deal done. Overall I’m very satisfied with my purchase and choosing this dealership over the one I was originally working with, Coggin Chevrolet, lost my business by failing to reply to my phone calls, texts and emails after letting them know I was going to purchase the next day. Didn’t take my business seriously and accused me of just price shopping once I let them know I chose to take my business elsewhere. Nimnicht beat them on price and customer service. That’s all you could ask for when shopping for a new vehicle. Thanks to all the staff that made my experience great, especially my salesperson Christina and Sales Manager Karen! More

An incredible experience! BeIng sent by Jeff lagerman I went straight to the top..mr Garman.. he was so gracious and treated me with much respect! He had Brent and Christiana t BeIng sent by Jeff lagerman I went straight to the top..mr Garman.. he was so gracious and treated me with much respect! He had Brent and Christiana tend to me. As I walked the lot, I was greeted by a professional, knowledgeable, young lady with a wonderful beaming personality ! she and Brent had the truck I called about, parked out front with my name on it. Wow, it looked amazing and it was going home with me! Christiana said let’s go for a ride and as I drove it she explained all the bells and whistles. I asked her if she had studied this vehicle? Of course mr jordan this is one incredible truck and she mentioned other features. After the drive I was escorted to meet Chris and discuss pricing. She made sure to keep checking on me as I went from Chris in sales to Ken in finance. I came back a day later to pick up the truck since I negotiated a spray in bed liner. As I returned, Christiana took me thru the service dept. and I met Rian and Eileen. Christiana made me feel like family. I must say I bought a great truck for a great deal. But more importantly I met the nicest people and I look forward to going there for service. Nimnicht believes in customer service and it shows! Every person I met was extremely nice, knowledgeable and willing to go out of there way to make this purchase the absolute best truck buying day of my life! Thanks to all! More

Ms Laverne Hood and Mr. Brent Cox worked diligently to provide me photos on numerous vehicles, answered all my questions, took money down and refunded it flawlessly when items were learned not making that vehicle the right one. They stayed on the job and closed the deal after 6 weeks of helping me search for the right Trail .Boss. to say they were professional and hard working on my behalf would be an understatement. When I drove 2.5 hours to pick up my truck it was ready and looking great. Mr. Danny Fariello ensured my bedliner and Tonneau cover we're on and looking good. What more can you say other than thank you to all at Nimnicht Chevy! More
