2 weeks ago I started looking for a car and we went to several places. My sister and I and we wanted to go see a car at Landers Nissan McCarthy and so when we went to see him we had a hard time because th several places. My sister and I and we wanted to go see a car at Landers Nissan McCarthy and so when we went to see him we had a hard time because there was some difficulties that I know now was not the salesman fault and I was quick to get disappointed because they couldn't find the car. But anyway, so then make a long story short. Ace called me and let me know that they had something else and I was hesitant but I came down and I left with a beautiful little car that was perfect for me. I wasn't working with much because I just started a job and so sooner or later everything's going to fold out but I couldn't be happier. It has changed my life as far as emotional and how I'm going to get to work every day. They even took my trade in which blew me away! Now about Ace. He is an ace that's for sure. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met and that's not because you know he's very personal. I even met his family. I I love talking to him. He was friendly and personable and made me feel comfortable. I have never ever bought a close to a new as I could get it a car in my whole life. It's always been hand me down or from you. Know some with like high mileage. I came home on cloud 9 and I'm still can't believe that I actually own this beautiful little car. I am so grateful for everything that they let me have and help me with. They were all helping me and I truly truly appreciate. Ace, not only that, I have a great person helping me with getting a car that I needed and wanted so badly. I think he has become a friend of mine and that's a good thing because if a person can be nice to you and help you and they only want the best for you. That's a friend. He is not a pushy salesman. It was great. I did what I could on my part and they helped me the rest of the way. So I would recommend sending anyone over to Ace and to have him be your salesman. Thanks Ace. I kept coming back to this dealership because the way I was treated. Renee (ACE) Conaway made and did everything thing he could to make my car buying a wonderful experience. I was nervous and I was leery but Ace brought that all down to a level that I could actually enjoy the experience and I did! No buyers remorse and I am so happy it has made my life so much better and worry free and exactly what I came in for and better! I have been on cloud nine since I drove it off the lot. I can't believe DORY is mine and going to take adventures with me that I have dreamed of for about 5 years. I have never owned a car that was this up to date. I am over the moon with excitement and vision. I aways wondered what it would be like to own a car this brand new. Now I know and I just kept swimming till I got it and I am so proud of myself and thank ful to the staff at Landers McLarty Nissan in Huntsville. Dory is a 2023 Nissan Kicks SV and perfect and exactly what I wanted! I have never owned a new car before. and I still tear up and its been a week that I have driven her. Barry is the best salesman I have ever encountered. He has been my go to on my last 3 cars. But let me tell you of this last time. I read a email that Eddie had sent out and I went online to look at cars. Well I found a car and reached out to the dealership. Barry was on the phone with me right away. He remember me from my previous car that I bought from him. So I go to the dealership and show him a picture of the car I would like to look at. He grabs the keys and as we walk out to the lot he beeps the horn and we walk over to the car and he says, “This was my wife’s car!” That right away put me at ease. That meant I would have all service records and know the history of the car. So we went for a test drive and I knew I wanted that car. So we go inside to do all the paperwork. While we were waiting Barry and I watched the Bama game. He was a great sport since he knew I wanted to watch it. Right as the game was over it was time to go to finance and sign all my papers. The entire process took less than 4 hours. I left knowing I got a great deal. Barry hit a home run for me again. I will always go to him! More

I would not have given this rating a year ago and I still disagree with thier added markup strategy. Having said that...the sales person, Chris Parker, was able to my 18yr old daughter feel comfortable with disagree with thier added markup strategy. Having said that...the sales person, Chris Parker, was able to my 18yr old daughter feel comfortable with the process and first car buying experience. He was good with Mom and Dad as well. Finance Mgr is a good guy as well. Go in ready to negotiate and options for finance and you should be okay. More
