I had a pickup at the parts department and while there, I stopped by the showroom to say hello to Bob Smith. The Macan was like a magnet. After 4 hours with Bob, we bought a car. The length of the negotiation was due to me trying to justify the purchase. The experience with Porsche Hickory and Bob has been outstanding. There is absolutely no over aggressive pressure from anyone. They treat their customers like family, even if you are a persnickety hard-headed German like me. The positive interaction with the customer is far superior to a Charlotte Porsche dealership that I have visited in the past. I highly recommend those looking for a Porsche or any other make to visit Bob at Porsche Hickory before finalizing any deal elsewhere. This dealership is the best in NC, if not the USA. More
