This was my first service on my new car. I needed my new key made so I called ahead and told them I needed that done. No problem, they said. You will be here for about 2 1/2 hours for fir I needed my new key made so I called ahead and told them I needed that done. No problem, they said. You will be here for about 2 1/2 hours for first service and key. No appointment necessary and we have what we need to program your key. Ok. I arranged my schedule to go there. When I arrived, couldn’t do the key. They have to order it. Not what I was told before and the entire reason I called ahead. It took them 1 1/2 hrs to do first service which is rotate tires. So I drove a total of 1 1/2 hrs, sat for 1 1/2 hours to have my tires rotated. It’s been 6 months waiting on this second key and now I have to do it all over again. I also thought they washed the car down on first service, but apparently not. When I went to leave I asked where my car was, he pointed out there. I walked around 10 minutes clicking my only key trying to hear it beep so I could find it. However, the chairs are comfortable in the waiting room. 2 stars for that. More
