Bad communication from customer service. Ended up wasting a lot of my time. Oil change took an hour when I was told 30-35 minutes. first of all, I want to apologize to my service rep for jumping down his throat when he recommended I change my lug nuts because they were swollen. After doing my research from what he recommended, I was shocked that such thing existed. He (my service advisor) did a great job in explaining the issue and not only gave me quotes for replacement but suggested to shop it around for the best price. all in all he did a great job and deserves a 6 star rating for his performance and customer service,. Typically I love the service at this dealership! This time around, they got me in and out fast, but neglected to reset my maintenance light and got motor oil all over the interior of my driver side This time around, they got me in and out fast, but neglected to reset my maintenance light and got motor oil all over the interior of my driver side door.
