I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Cobb County Toyota. Service personnel and prices are competitive with all other service providers and you get expert staff working in your vehicle. Wait time was 2 hours. I told them I needed my maintenance for 35k miles which I assumed was an oil change. Service provider did not tell me it was just a tire rotation. I I told them I needed my maintenance for 35k miles which I assumed was an oil change. Service provider did not tell me it was just a tire rotation. I would have come another day. Very frustrated. In the future I will ask what service is performed. I also asked for a new cabin filter and it was not done. More

Today I came in with two of my cars. An 2013 Avalon and 2019 Tacoma. I had two different advisors today. Brent Stump. He was helpful and got me squared away. Simon Chan. He will be my other go to person. He listened to what I needed, wrote in notes and took care of the issue. The Avalon had issues that required extra assist. An honorable mention goes to Carlos Ortega who is always been my go to person. Understanding, helpful and friendly. More
