We wanted an SUV; but it wasn't a need at the time and were just looking around. The previous evening we had been to Glenbrook Dodge and had NIGHTMARE of an experience looking at a Grand Cherokee. We called on our way down to New Haven and talked to Scott- even over the phone Scott was up front and even offered to cooperate on comparing an Explorer with him and a Jeep from O'Daniel in Fort Wayne. When we got there Scott had an Explorer pulled into the heated bay. We drove the 2018 but ultimately found better deals in a 2019. The whole time running numbers, he was open and honest about the options we could afford, nothing hidden. He was even willing to pull a vehicle from another dealership if we didn't find what we wanted on their lot. After going through about 6 or 7 Explorers, (Diana is picky) he still maintained a relaxed, understanding, and comfortable buying experience. Oh and did an EXCELLENT job while helping another couple at the same time. Mr. Swartz made it a point to come introduce himself, thank us for our business and gave us his card, letting us know to contact him should we ever need anything. Mr. Everson helped up with our financing. Leasing was the best option for us. We are new to leasing and had some questions. Mr. Everson explained everything clearly and put us at ease. We HIGHLY recommend O'Daniel Ford! Scott and the whole team, start to finish, were great! We have already been recommending them to family and friends and will also be returning for future purchases. More

They claim used vehicles go through a 32 point inspection the truck I bought had a horrible noise in front end at test drive they said they would fix found out cupped tire said just drive it since tire had god tread, I insisted the replace tire which they did with a mismatched tire with totally different tread pattern and still the noise. How do you do 32 point inspection and not look at tires or hear the noise ? More

Excellent Service I stopped in on a Friday 7 minutes before closing time after 2 prior hours of test driving at other dealerships. I felt bad because it was closing time, but I really wanted to see this car. Mike welcomed me in. He did not rush me. Instead of asking me to come back the next day, he offered to let me keep the car overnight. In addition to that he gave me his cell number and email address and answered all my additional inquiries that Friday and next Saturday morning before I returned to the dealership. Needless to say, I bought the car the next day. That was no easy process either. Brent, the finance manger, took his time. He answered all of my questions. He made sure I understood everything. He gave me time to weigh my options and even through in a couple bonuses. He was EXTREMELY patient with me. Before I left Mike allowed time for me to ask any questions about my new vehicle. He showed me how to sync my phone. To top it all off I left with a full take of gas. More
