Hello, everyone! My name is Bret Hines and I am a Service Advisor who has worked in the automotive industry for 30 years. In June of 2009, I became a part of the Rallye BMW team. Known as a nice, honest, and genuine guy who loves to joke around, but always gets the job done. My customers and co-workers can depend on me to help when needed. I am never pushy and always upfront; only sell our customers what they truly need. Making sure the vehicles of our guests are handled in a timely manner is my priority. A little about myself: I studied at SUNY Farmingdale. Enjoy discussions about muscle cars. I’m a big fan of the New York Rangers. Softball is one of my favorite hobbies. I also like going to car shows – I own a classic 1967 Chevy Chevelle. I have a true passion for helping others, which makes this the perfect career choice for me.

Thankful for a dealership like Rallye BMW I wouldn't go to another BMW other than this one. At Rallye, they make you feel welcome before you even get out of your car. The valet and service coo I wouldn't go to another BMW other than this one. At Rallye, they make you feel welcome before you even get out of your car. The valet and service coordinators are very polite and everyone seems to be working hard, which is very important to me. It made me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle in the possession of someone else other than myself. They made it clear that my car would not be washed after service as I requested although they do have a fabulous car wash on site where you can go visit 10am to 3pm during the week complimentary. I set an appointment with Dennis who is an excellent service advisor. Dennis made sure that all my concerns were documented correctly and even introduced me to the service manager Christopher Blanco who also made sure that all my concerns were met as I was dealing with a tough situation. I was stressed going in knowing I've been to other dealers in the passed and have not received even close the same customer service that rallye offers. I was contacted two days later that my vehicle was ready and picked up same day in a timely manner. I received my car back in the same condition as I left it in as I declined car wash. The technician Roy was also a big part in making my experience here amazing. I did not have to return my vehicle for any of the issues I had before or any new ones. He left a card in my car letting me know he was the one who worked on it. I will be returning as I believe this place is running a great honest business. I drive a 2011 BMW M3 and I sent feel comfortable bringing my car to other places. If you're looking for a place where you can trust, go to rallye bmw. More

SImply Excellent Care and Genuince Concern for it’s Customer I’ve been working with Rallye BMW for many years. I’m a exclusive 7-Series owner for more than 25 years, and with all cars, they have issues, but Rall I’ve been working with Rallye BMW for many years. I’m a exclusive 7-Series owner for more than 25 years, and with all cars, they have issues, but Rallye BMW takes the pain out of those particular issues. My time at Rallye BMW has restored my faith in car dealerships (t least this one), including their sales force which truly allows me to enjoy one of America’s dreams to own a car, even a luxury automobile. As for sales, I’ve NEVER been pressured in any way, and have had my sales representative alway go out of his way to make sure I receive all discounts and appropriate features in my purchase. In other words, at times I’ve been talked out of an option as my representative understood me and know it wouldn’t make sense to spend.unncessary money. Zero pressure sales is rare in any manufaturer’s sales shops. As for Service, Rallye sincerely goes out of their way to make make sure their customers a completely satisfied whether you own a 3-series or 7-Series. I can say this as I send time with all members of the Rallye BMW team from sales, service and the Valet team. They truly all care. When I think of maybe switching car brands to to shake thinks up after so many years, I just can’t because that would mean leaving Rallye BMW. More
