Five Star Ford in Dallas was a very nice facility, and I feel like they genuinely care about their customers. My sales person, Jillian, was beyond helpful, communicative, and transparent and I would absolut feel like they genuinely care about their customers. My sales person, Jillian, was beyond helpful, communicative, and transparent and I would absolutely purchase from her again in the future. The only knock was during the financing process when I was given a higher rate than I imagined I should have, so I sought out my own financing through my credit union, which was 3 points less than what Five Star secured. When I was asked what my rate was, I was told "Oh, we can beat that". If you could have beaten it, why didn't you? Had I been given a competitive rate from the start I would not have sought my own financing, and I felt the tiniest bit slighted when I returned with my own and was told that could have been beaten. Too late at that point. Outside that, I would return to this dealership to purchase again, but would obtain my own financing ahead of time. More
