I was asked by the GM (Tim) of Ford Dallas to remove my negative review. Since it is honest to my experience--Im leaving the original review, but here is the update: Doug Miller reached out many times a negative review. Since it is honest to my experience--Im leaving the original review, but here is the update: Doug Miller reached out many times after I wrote several reviews, he was kind and wanted to help rectify the issue. Long story short, I didn't trust the work that was done at Ford service, and took the Mercedes to a Mercedes-Benz service center. The car had over $6K in repairs, bolts loose from the rack and pinion repairs done at Ford, and a tire that was torn internally (very risky on the highway). I was sold an unsafe car by Ford. Gladly we didn't have to take further legal action, after the breach in contract, and the dealership bought the car back. Out of frustration for my time and money wasted on premium fuel, cleaning supplies and batteries for the lemon car, I feel it is only fair for buyers to still beware of buying any used cars from these guys. If it isn't a Certified Pre-Owned... theres probably a reason its not. Original review: If you want your stereotypical “car dealer” experience, go here! I was apprehensive knowing I was going to have to deal with a car salesman to purchase a car… Wally and Brett seemed to be on the ball whenever I spoke with them over the phone while figuring out a deal from out of state. Yet like your typical car purchase goes, you are promised a lot, and then once you sign your paperwork RADIO SILENCE. Do yourself a favor, and shop elsewhere. Was told the vehicle I bought would have a short punch list completed before I could pick it up. They gave me a loaner (which was awesome) then when I inquired about when the car would be ready to pick up, they said it was…. I arrived to trade out the loaner and I could already tell 3 of the items I was promised would be completed were not done and I had a fast talking sales guy (Wally) tell me “oh we need parts still, and you can get the battery and will refund you.” At that point don’t tell me something is ready to be picked up if it was not. No interior detailing… like wow. xxxx poor communication from these guys. Wally & Brett, the used car sales manager specifically. Good at blowing smoke is all :) Whatever maintenance was done, there was no report. But hey, congrats 5 star Ford Dallas! you got my money, that’s all that matters for you right? More

Lease Buyout Deceptive Tactics on Finance and Warranty Gary in financing is a liar. We negotiated a lease buyout on a 2017 Ford Mustang Ecoboost with an extended warranty that was supposed to come out to $ Gary in financing is a liar. We negotiated a lease buyout on a 2017 Ford Mustang Ecoboost with an extended warranty that was supposed to come out to $432 for the plan. The paperwork he gave me has the plan marked to $1,433, in addition to a bogus finance charge on top of my Credit Union's APR. Overall, have been scammed for almost $2,500 in extra charges, due to deceptive sales tactics, and will never do business with this dealer again. The service department is a joke as well, as Brett Ingersoll, my sales rep, lied on behalf of service department representative Mark Gray, saying my car needed a $500 repair that was covered under Powertrain and Emissions warranty. Horrible, horrible people. I have wasted a month's worth of Saturdays, two times being put into a loaner and have dealt with their deceptiveness on a buyout that I was pre-approved for outside of the dealer, and ended up financing outside of the dealer. If Ford wants to retain any future opportunities for mine or my family's business, they can reach out to me and let me know. In the meantime, I hope each of these men enjoy their monthly bonus. It's no wonder how they are grand opening their new dealership today, with the extra charges they build into a simple lease buyout. Shame on me for putting any faith in them. More

He located the car my husband wanted and had it transported to the dealership for us to pick up. He then had Lupita help us get the window tint installed before we picked it up! The finance person Ben Perry was very helpful in getting us the monthly payment we needed but still made sure we had the coverage we needed on a brand new car. The entire experience was just awesome for us. Definitely recommend this dealership! Thank you so much for having such awesome staff!! More
