My name is Brett Mathis. I have been a Service Advisor for over 6 years now and with Ford for 2 years. I really enjoy my job working for Sunset Ford & Ford Motor Company because it is a line of vehicles I most enjoy, especially Mustangs. Mustang are an area I feel most confident in and enjoy helping customers learn and understand what upgrades are most suitable for the customer’s expectations. I personally own 4 fords including a 1951 Ford Tudor. Last year, I became a Master Certified Service Advisor since I have been here with Sunset Ford. I was born and raised in Saint Louis and proud to work for a dealership that has been in business for over 100 years!

We had a problem with our new Ford Edge and finally got it in for service. They fixed what was wrong and got back to us very quickly. We are happy now but it sure did take a long time to get it in to be it in for service. They fixed what was wrong and got back to us very quickly. We are happy now but it sure did take a long time to get it in to be repaired. They told us due to the pandemic and the shortage of new cars people are having there cars repaired more now instead of buying new ones. Hopefully everything will get back to normal soon. More
