They honored a coupon from another Jacksonville Chevy dealer, saving me a long drive and wait. I dropped my vehicle off and they provided a print out of additional recommended and upcoming maintenance. There was no pressure to purchase the additional services but I do appreciate the information that was shared. I was informed when my vehicle was ready and they even gave it a complimentary wash! It is obvious the new ownership of this dealership is trying hard to win back customers following issues with previous owner. I wish them success in the future and plan to return for future service. More

Knowledgeable, professional, and enthusiastic he worked hard with the staff to select just the right vehicle, address our concerns {price, trade allowance, maintenance & financing) and put things together to make a deal happen. Wow, what a great group of people to work with in a family friendly low pressure environment. From the time you walk in the door meeting the exceptionally friendly and helpful receptionist you feel their desire to make you a part of their family. Just like our previous "Wowsome" experience. At this point not "WOWED" Took the car in at 10:00 am for a two hour service. Called at 3:00 pm to see if it was ready and it had not been touched.
