After my purchase about 10 years ago, I was leaning toward phillips for this purchase. Still I checked out a few dealerships. Couldn't find a vehicle I thought was as good or better than my jeep. And w toward phillips for this purchase. Still I checked out a few dealerships. Couldn't find a vehicle I thought was as good or better than my jeep. And was not happy with any other dealership. So without hesitation went back to phillips. Brian and Dale were very helpful. Have always been happy with the service department at phillips. More

we brought in a truck to phillips to sell them everything was agreed on and they were going to buy the truck for 21500 all that was left was going to get the title from home when we left to get the title the was agreed on and they were going to buy the truck for 21500 all that was left was going to get the title from home when we left to get the title the truck did not start so she asked them to scan it for her. they did scan the truck and it had transmission codes and key module codes on the orignal diagnoisis print out. she told them very clearly do not fix it unless they were still going to buy the truck for 21500 and take the repair cost off the check total. they went ahead and fixed the key module then after they did they repairs they told her they would no longer be purchasing the truck due to the transmission codes that they saw on the oringal diagnosis sheet. so instead of saying hey the truck has multipal codes we arnt interested they installed the part that she only wanted put on if they were buying the truck and then tryed to play wording games and be highly rude towards my mother. all and all instead of being clear and transparent with customers they screw them then try to twist it around as if it was the customers fault. was very straight forward on our side and got screwed by brain( salesman) and john( general manager) More
