Specifically on the Ram 1500 we required a trailer brake, Phillips did not have this in stock, our sales rep Brian called around until he found one ultimately purchasing this himself to aid us in getting this taken care of as quickly as possible. We were very impressed by the Service waiting area, comfortable with an assortment of snacks and beverages. Phillips strives and succeeds in making the buying process quick and painless. We spent more time deciding on the vehicle to purchase than was spent in the actual purchase process. More

I had been looking around since February (mostly on line), but I was not pressured to buy, or to buy another vehicle that I was not interested in. ( That did happen to me from another dealer in the area.) I will go to this dealer again as I was very comfortable and left with a great feeling and not with buyer's remorse. More

Each time we are in the market for a vehicle we I have been bringing my truck here for service as needed - the service department is Second to NONE! Each time we are in the market for a vehicle we always come here as their prices are fair and they have a great selection. We finally purchased from them and couldn't be happier. The vehicle we got at a great price and they gave a nice, fair amount for our trade in. We did not have to work with them for funding, as I was preapproved with my own bank, but when asked and we declined to have them try, that was the end of it.(To have them try to get us approved through their lender) Overall - couple hiccups along the way - but a great dealership. More
