He gave me the facts about the car & the availability of a 2019 versus a 2020 model. After the test drive & deciding I did want the 2020 model, the next step was talking to Joe about the financial part. He explained everything & answers my questions. After that I spent time with Dustin to go over the operation of the car. He was so nice & patient. Buying my Subaru was a great experience. More
