They gave me competitive price ($2.5k less than the competition on a $30k car). They were not insisting on adding options and accessories to push the price up. They honored the verbal agreement regarding the price and financing. In the end I was nicely surprised by how professional and honest they were. I am a very satisfied customer and I would fully recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Five stars! More

Quick and Easy Experience I had test driven an Outback at another dealership but couldn't come to a satisfactory deal with them. When I inquired online with Subaru Superstore, I had test driven an Outback at another dealership but couldn't come to a satisfactory deal with them. When I inquired online with Subaru Superstore, I was promptly contacted by the Sales Manager. He worked with me for two weeks to get the car I wanted fresh off the truck. Communication with him was frequent and crystal clear. I always felt in the loop with the status of the vehicle. The day I went to pick up my car went fairly quick. The team was awesome going over the features of the car and with the paperwork. Thanks Brian, Alex, and Joe. More
