Easy, fast experience I am severely dealer adverse. Have always bought my new cars through a fleet dealer with case. In this case I was enticed by the 0% financing, so I I am severely dealer adverse. Have always bought my new cars through a fleet dealer with case. In this case I was enticed by the 0% financing, so I braved a dealership. The first one (who shall remain nameless until I get my deposit back!) was a stressful experience. Everything seemed to be designed to frustrate/tire/confuse me. They did, however, allow me to drive the car I was interested in, but then tacked on a whole bunch of dealer costs. Subaru Superstore responded promptly to my email inquiry with an OTD quote for exactly the car I was looking for. Went in the next day, had a lovely two hours with Brian and Lynn and Christina and drove my new car home. First class service. More

Straightforward purchase of 2018 Subaru Forester We purchased a Subaru Forester 3 years ago, and we liked the car so much that we traded in our second vehicle for a new 2018 Forester today. The orig We purchased a Subaru Forester 3 years ago, and we liked the car so much that we traded in our second vehicle for a new 2018 Forester today. The original purchase 3 years ago went very smoothly, and I have always been very impressed with the speed and thoroughness of the service department when doing routine maintenance on that car, so we returned to the same dealership to purchase the new one, having verified from their online inventory that there were many vehicles that would fit our requirements. Brian Banks quickly found the car that met our needs, had the appraisal done on our trade-in, and expedited getting the new car ready so it could leave the lot (it had only arrived a few days before). Finance processing went smoothly, and a young man helped set up the electronics before we left (pairing the cell phones with the car, setting up our favorite radio stations, and so on). All in all, a very pleasant experience. More
