Joe Haig is the best! He navigated me through a lease trade-in and new lease. I came away really happy with my lease experience at Lokey. I was getting close to the end of my lease and a new Atlas had just come in. My whole family loves the car! It has great new safety features and an amazing sunroof. Shuttling the kids around has improved now that I am in my new car! Thank you Joe! More

Made an 11:00 appt for an oil change over 2 weeks prior. Called out of courtesy to advise I would be 10 mins late and was told it was no problem; she'd let my service Mgr know. When I left, I discovered that my mini cooper hadn't been washed nor vacuumed as is written down in your waiting area. I feel angry and think that my time wasn't valued, maybe because I get free oil changes since I purchased my car from you. Very disappointing. More

Upon completion, I did not receive a new windshield sticker. COVID times would explain why my car was not washed. Geneva was a refreshing distraction while I waited for my oil change. More

I believe that I was misled into thinking a part needed to be replaced when it did not need to be. I was told bushings needed replacement and they would cost 950. I did not get my car repaired and instead to be replaced when it did not need to be. I was told bushings needed replacement and they would cost 950. I did not get my car repaired and instead took it for a second opinion from a veteran mechanic who said the bushings did not need replacement. I have a Passat that is 9 years old and under 30,000 miles. More
