In for routine oil change and replacement of tail light bulb I had my service completed satisfactorily and was informed of several other items that needed attention. It seemed to take quite a while to get my ca I had my service completed satisfactorily and was informed of several other items that needed attention. It seemed to take quite a while to get my car once the service was completed, but my car was delivered to the front door and that was convenient. My only complaint was the waiting area. It is located as soon as you walk in in the midst of all the service counter and employees coming and going from the service center. Lots of noise and furniture was uncomfortable. There were no side tables to place a drink on except for one coffee table and it was stacked with magazines that were very messy. They need a redo on their waiting area and a different location if available. Otherwise the customer service was good. More

Appnt at lunch time I don’t understand why an appointment would be set for noon when practically the entire service dept goes to lunch. Is my time not valuable?! Please I don’t understand why an appointment would be set for noon when practically the entire service dept goes to lunch. Is my time not valuable?! Please save me and your staff time by not scheduling appointments when there’s actually hardly anyone there to service the automobile. I waited at least half hour, before I finally had to inquire about why my car was still parked and not taken back for service. That’s when I found out about the lunch situation, which is understandable but not on my time, I’m sorry. I was even 20mins early to the originally noon appointment. This is nothing to do with the service person that assisted me but it should be communicated to the lady that scheduled my appointment. At least, let the customer know they may have to wait a little longer, give us the chance to make the decision. also, I explained I had an issue with the nozzle sprays on the right size wiper blade that was not spraying any glass cleaner. If the nozzle had to be replaced, why didn’t they order it first and then schedule me in? It makes no sense. Still today, I have not gotten a call that the nozzle is in. I am guessing I will have to do the follow up myself. More
