It had completely slipped my mind, I'm grateful for the reminder. I show up for the appointment, I'm greeted by a young man who shows me in, where doughnuts and coffee help the morning pass. He proceeds to cover the front seat to assure it stays clean and my car is whisked away. Within forty minutes, my car is drained and filled with VW spec synthetic oil and factory filter, washed and delivered to the front. Excellent service all around. More
