Excellent experience Brian, Lindsey & Steve were all very professional and helpful with my purchase. They all shared their expertise with me. Our conversations enabled me to feel very comfortable buying a car from Boardwalk. Brian shared with me the benefits of buying from the dealership and the client relationship that he helps create. Lindsey spent a lot of time answering my questions and showing me the different cars that were available. She also did a great job of listening to my wants etc.. Steve was a very honest about the servicing needs of the car and about how to maintain the car. All three of these Boardwalk employees made my decision to buy from Boardwalk very easy. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to Boardwalk. More

From the moment I walked into the dealership I was amazed at how friendly everybody was. Lindsey is very knowledgeable about the cars and a pleasure to deal with. The best thing was that her and Enver got me at how friendly everybody was. Lindsey is very knowledgeable about the cars and a pleasure to deal with. The best thing was that her and Enver got me into a brand new Ferrari in just one month! Brian walked through all the financing options and will get your paperwork done faster than any dealership I have ever been to. I am a first time customer of the dealership. I purchased a new Maserati Grand Tourismo Convertible and was very pleased with my experiance. My sales representative, Lindsey, was great throughout the process a new Maserati Grand Tourismo Convertible and was very pleased with my experiance. My sales representative, Lindsey, was great throughout the process from my first visit to the day of my purchase. She also did a super job during my orientation to my new Maserati. Brian was very helpful and was easy to communicate with. Both Lindsey and Brian acknowledge me when I am in the dealership just getting my car washed. It makes you feel like you are are more than just some customer and that the dealership cares about you more than just the sale. This was never more evident than an event that occurred just after purchasing my car. Two days after I picked up my car some one chipped the paint in a parking lot. Larry from service took a look at it and took personal charge of the situation to get me a fix at no charge. I was very impressed when I originally came to the dealership and even more iimpressed since my purchase. These are good folks to work with. Lindsey and Brian made the experience of purchasing a car easy and efficient. Most of all, living over 6 hours away, I have no concerns in the future buying a car from Boardwalk sight unseen. The experience was great! Of 8 ferraris, 6 have come from boardwalk! Ken was especially accommodating. He was always readily available when I had a question, and kept me posted as the building and deli from boardwalk! Ken was especially accommodating. Enver was helpful on several occasions as I dropped by to discuss choices. Larry has always given me prompt attention when I have had a question or concern. Brian helped me cruise through the paperwork to make the experience pleasant. In addition to Ferrari being a great car, the entire experience at Boardwalk was superb! More

I honestly don't know where to start on the customer experience from Boardwalk and their staff. Having over 20 years of experience purchasing cars there is not even a single experience that compares to experience from Boardwalk and their staff. Having over 20 years of experience purchasing cars there is not even a single experience that compares to working with the Boardwalk team. This is my second vehicle from Boardwalk Ferrari/Maserati, and 3rd from Boardwalk (Porsche), and can't imagine going to another dealership. Lindsey is extremely knowledgable on all factors in relation to the different models, competitive strengths and weaknesses, performance and helps the buyer look at all variables associated with the decision, in the most professional manner. She follows up on questions timely, both pre-purchase and post to confirm all is going well. Absolutely the best sales person I have worked with over the years. Brian has to be the most professional finance manager I have ever worked with, helping balance options and always has the client's interest as the priority. While I had other options for financing, but I was willing to pay a premium given his personal care and followup. What a great asset to the boardwalk team. I would also call out the great advise and support from Enver on the trade-in and purchasing process, the experience would not have been as great without his support and involvement. And I should also mention the great service and parts team, always a pleasure to work with on the Ferrari, making me feel as if the dealership was a home for both myself, and my son Kade. Special thanks to Larry, Randy, Memo, and Chris. As an executive at IBM (with a role on driving our customer experience strategies), and also in public office, we don't by practice give recommendations, and given personal time constraints I don't do surveys, but feel obligated to make an exception so others give Boardwalk the opportunity to earn their business. I put my personal name on this recommendation, and a "5" rating doesn't do justice on the customer experience. I feel honored and truly appreciate the opportunity to be part of the boardwalk family of customers. More

I have purchased many vehicles, including 4 from Boardwalk Ferrari Maserati, and I can say that this dealership has always made it a very easy and enjoyable experience. This is easily one of the best dealerships that I have ever worked with. Lindsey was fantastic to work with, as were Enver and Brian. I recently traded in my 360 for a pre-owned California. When I told Lindsey and Enver that I was considering this, they took the time to see what I was looking for, and to go over all of the options with me. They made me a very fair offer on my trade, as well as a very fair sales price offer. After deciding on my new vehicle, the remainder of the transaction went off without a hitch. Everyone took the time to address all of my concerns and make sure I was completely satisfied. Brian took care of all of the financial details for me so that when I arrived, everything was already done. Lindsey took the time to make sure everything was ready with the car and to go over all of the vehicle's specifics with me. She also followed up with me to make sure I had no problems or questions. I would recommend Boardwalk Ferrari and Lindsey to anyone, as I know they will be well taken care of, and I will definitely be buying from them again in the future. More

Sometimes making a new car purchase can boil down to pure emotion as well as utility. But emotions may not allow you to make the best purchase. Clouding the process is not knowing all of your options or products available. Our search for a new car lead us to Boardwalk. Our goal became to confirm our emotional side while balancing out the utility needs. Lindsey Redfern greeted us and quickly became our advisor answering both technical and silly questions regarding the Maserati product line up. While I chattered away asking many questions, the entire staff without exception made us feel comfortable, welcome and most importantly, like they absolutely appreciated our visit regardless of our purchasing decision. Lindsey patiently addressed all concerns and helped us through the buying process. While we had many other options other than Boardwalk, it was the atmosphere of a helpful staff. Never once did we feel that this was a transactional sale applied with pressure. It was and is a great relationship that has developed and we’re looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from Boardwalk…. Ferrari ? We love the Maserati so much, we may have get another! Even though I live in Houston, I came up on a Saturday afternoon to see an F430 I was specifically searching for. With Lindsey's knowledge, passion and excitement about speed, performance and Ferrari's, i afternoon to see an F430 I was specifically searching for. With Lindsey's knowledge, passion and excitement about speed, performance and Ferrari's, it didn't take much to progress making an offer on the desired car. End result, 5 days later it had gone through the certified inspection program and the purchase was completed. The entire experience from initial contact with Lindsey to driving away in the new car was the most pleasant car purchase I have ever been a part of. Lindsey is very personable, has a clear interest in ensuring the client is completely satisfied with its purchase and she answered all my questions about the car and the engine performance. One can tell that she enjoys her job and does it very well. Further, Lindsey and Brian made sure to work with my schedule for the test drive, final inspection, paperwork and purchase/delivery date and made it easy to complete the process long-distance.
