The first 2 hrs were efficient. The last 2 1/2 hrs dragged on. It was late in the day , so our inservice on the vehicle was too fast and incomplete. Love the car, though. The Volvo staff was attentive, generous with their time, knowledgeable on features, and worked to get me into a vehicle that had all of the key features I wanted, while keeping me at the budget I needed. M knowledgeable on features, and worked to get me into a vehicle that had all of the key features I wanted, while keeping me at the budget I needed. My credit is not amazing and they worked diligently to find a lender that made it all fit into a nice package. I was grateful for the years of experience that the team I worked with brought to the table. Last but most importantly, they treated me like a friend and made the experience that I was not looking forward to an enjoyable one. I recommend the staff and Volvo Sacramento hands down! More
