Head light replacement I was able to make an appointment the same day that I called. The service department was great. Promised me a time and they stuck to it. In and out in less than 30 minutes and believe me replacing the bulb on my car is no easy task. More

No hesitation with everything I needed I bought my 2013 Subaru Outback with Somerset Subaru around 3 years ago and had issues with oil consumption on the vehicle. Somerset always pushed me I bought my 2013 Subaru Outback with Somerset Subaru around 3 years ago and had issues with oil consumption on the vehicle. Somerset always pushed me aside saying it was normal. Under new ownership with Stateline Subaru has been very comforting. Their new service department, especially with Brian Cadima has resolved the issue with an engine block replacement warranty recall. The article about the recall was pulplished years ago. This is our first Subaru and Stateline has assured us in loving it! More

No Hassle Had to have a short block, clutch, and turbo inlet hose replaced; the short block was covered under warranty, clutch and tube were not. Spare key made. I needed a spare key for my Forrester that I had just purchased. I communicated with Alex by texting that I saw on the web page. Good people, bad service. Everybody who have worked with that this dealership is way nicer then you would expect, they're very informative and they're very helpful. I spent almost $1,300 over for visits within the course of a week and a half. Half of that was trying to fix one problem. It took themthree visits to figure out that I had a misfire, the first two times they thought it was an ABS sensor I had that replace for $400 total. And then I went back a third time because the problem was still there, and they told me I had a misfire. More
