Had oil changed on the 16th Had oil changed on 16th of October and was left with oil stains all over my driveway and the smell of oil burning coining through my vents. When I wen Had oil changed on 16th of October and was left with oil stains all over my driveway and the smell of oil burning coining through my vents. When I went into the location they brought me out side do to the fact I was upset and wanted them to understand my concern my car is a 2018 not a 1988 and I felt like I was treated like a walk in customer paid 30000 from your dealership and felt like I was nothing. No can we pick up your car cause I understand your concern and worried there may be no oil . But instead it was can you bring it in tomorrow. Very upset More

Way too slow when I had an appointment Took much too long! An oil change and wheel rotation should not take two hours... especially when I made an appointment. A slice of perfection. They just make it easy.. normally they pick up/ drop off my car but this particular time I decided to visit. Was in and out pretty quick and they even They just make it easy.. normally they pick up/ drop off my car but this particular time I decided to visit. Was in and out pretty quick and they even washed my car for me, the workers here dont act like miserable robots so the overall time spent here was pretty enjoyable. More

Service was fast and efficient I brought my 2014 Outback in for a major service point (60,000 miles) and was told exactly what would be done and how long it was expected to take. I I brought my 2014 Outback in for a major service point (60,000 miles) and was told exactly what would be done and how long it was expected to take. I was also given a description of additional recommended service. The prices quoted and check-in were right on the mark, and actually less than I anticipated when I brought the car in. The service was completed well ahead of schedule, and I was sent on my way a very happy customer. More
