I took my car to Sand two weeks ago for a tire, rotation and oil change and it took over two hours. I stopped in last Saturday. They had my tire looked at because it kept losing air and I was refuse service and oil change and it took over two hours. I stopped in last Saturday. They had my tire looked at because it kept losing air and I was refuse service. I made an appointment for Monday at 3:15 brought my car in for the tire again. They told me I needed to be replaced. I told her I had the tire and wheel warranty. She seemed irritated told me she wasn’t familiar with my tire and wheel warranty company. I told her that I used it at Sands before for another tire, she looked it up came over and told me it would take one to two hours for them to respond and asked me what I wanted to do. I said I have the warranty they can’t refuse the warranty. She said will change it but you’ll have to leave a credit card in case they refused the warranty I said OK it took a total two hours to get this tire changed. She finally came over and told me that it was covered asked me to sign the paper. She seemed very agitated at the time told me my car would be brought around to the side of the building I went outside was leaving for the day. I turned around and looked, and they brought my car into the drive up inside part of the building. Nobody came out to tell me that my car was in there so I wasted another 10 minutes outside waiting for my car. I don’t think I’ll be using service again or to purchase any cars for me and my family. More

Everyone was prompt and courteous. I was able to leave my car there the night before so that I wasn't rushing to get it there in the morning. Car was finished by early afternoon. Only I was able to leave my car there the night before so that I wasn't rushing to get it there in the morning. Car was finished by early afternoon. Only problem I noticed when I got my car home and checked the tire pressures. They were all different. I wish they would ask where I want my pressure to be instead of always using what is inside the door. More
