Brian is awesome, and really helpful with getting us all squared away with our regular maintenance. We also had a claim on the powertrain warranty and he made things painless. Brian kept us up to date on al squared away with our regular maintenance. We also had a claim on the powertrain warranty and he made things painless. Brian kept us up to date on all the progress throughout the day. He is a valuable service member to George Moore Chevrolet. They were very busy the day of our services and Brian made it apparent, he values his customers and good customer service. This dealership was a nightmare! And Brian was so rude and sarcastic! I will never come back to this dealership! From the moment I walked in, I felt like someone was trying to reach in my wallet. After stating my issue and the solution I wanted, (flash the ecm and tcm to the latest version) I was told there would trying to reach in my wallet. After stating my issue and the solution I wanted, (flash the ecm and tcm to the latest version) I was told there would be a $200 diag fee so they could "figure out what's going on". If I wouldn't have stood my ground and called out the service writer, I would have been out two day's pay. I was promised a phone call after my initial visit but Brian couldn't be bothered... "Sorry bout that" was the best he could do when I came back for the appointment. When I did come back for my appointment Brian was busy with another customer so a different service writer stepped in to help. Helping means trying to charge me $400 for updating the ecm and tcm...a 10 min process. The ONLY person that seemed to have even a bit of integrity was the service manager who agreed with me that 1 hr was all that would be charged. But that isn't everything... When my truck was in for service, the equity manager tried to offer me $3500 less than kbb and 3k less than carmax (and they do no favors for car values) for my truck. Unfortunately your business model seems to be all about a customer's money rather than the customer. As a side note, I did end up buying a new truck this week. I spent 70k at Key Buick GMC. Over there I didn't feel pressured, pushed or tricked into a vehicle. Their sales staff and service department (a software recall) made the reason for my visit about me, not my bank account. I enjoyed an Incredible experience while selecting a 2024 Sierra Denali. I'll be recommending them to anyone in the market for a vehicle. But for your store, I couldn't be coaxed to do business with you in any capacity even if I was offered oil changes for life. Rest assured that I will never buy or service my vehicles at George Moore Chevrolet ever again. And before you think my review is just a disgruntled customer, the two nice folks in the waiting area with me didn't have anything nice to say while they were waiting 2 hours for their service either.
