I was mostly okay, but downgrade because I was handed a 2nd key fob that did not work. This should not happen on a certified vehicle and hope no other buyer has to deal with getting this situation correcte 2nd key fob that did not work. I spent at least 2 hours one day getting the problem fixed and then had to leave the vehicle with service a secongad day while the key fob was reprogrammed. Just not acceptable! More

They took my car apart and broke pieces of my drive shaft When I went to get my car the parts were thrown on the floor. And Tom my advisor BOLD FACE TOLD ME HE DO'NOT HAVE TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER. After being paid to do a diagnosis that he said was 400 then he kept my vehicle for 5 days only to tell it it's gonna cost 800 now. I had to pay a tow truck to bring my car to a shop. MY CAR IS STILL NOT PUT BACK TOGETHER 21 DAYS LATER!! UNACCEPTABLE..!! MY CAR DROVE THERE AND NEVER DROVE AGAIN!! IM SEEKING JUSTICE! NEVER BRING YOUR CAR THERE. The service department at George Moore Chevrolet has been nothing short of frustrating. Instead of fixing issues, the techs are passive-aggressive and dismissive. On one visit they even wrote false informati nothing short of frustrating. Instead of fixing issues, the techs are passive-aggressive and dismissive. On one visit they even wrote false information in my service ticket, claiming my truck had a tuner — completely untrue and something that could have jeopardized my warranty. When I confronted them, they backed off, but the fact they would write it at all is unacceptable. Communication is poor, accountability is nonexistent, and customers are treated like the problem. This dealership’s service department is a textbook example of why people don’t trust dealers. More
