Beyond impressed! PEDDER NISSAN’S SERVICE IS WHAT KEEPS THIS DEALERSHIP ALIVE! I experienced a failure with my transmission leaving work the previous night. I was pre PEDDER NISSAN’S SERVICE IS WHAT KEEPS THIS DEALERSHIP ALIVE! I experienced a failure with my transmission leaving work the previous night. I was pretty hesitant to call, because I hadn’t experienced the same issue the next morning. & I’m just a girl, so what do I know? I decided to call anyways, & was assisted by Paul. He recommended that I bring my car in for a test drive. I honestly expected the whole, “nothing is wrong, it’s all in your head” speech. So, to have an advisor that took it serious, was very appreciated. Low & behold, my transmission failed. They were quick to get it changed for me & kept me in the loop! Side note: ALL OF THEIR SERVICE ADVISORS ARE AMAZING. All are professional, attentive, and informative! Keep it up Service drive! More

They are kind, respectful, and helpful no matter what the issue is or who you are in my experience. From oil changes and tire alignment, to warranty and recall issues, AC repair and all the rest. Highly recommend. Never a negative experience other than the price but that can the helped anywhere except that these guys are always trying to find a coupon or special deal they can apply to your service. Love them, thanks a million, guys and gals! More
