I have been a Schaller Acura customer since 1991 and have never considered leasing or buying another vehicle. As a matter of fact, Teri was new to the dealership at that time. From 1991 - 2003, I leased never considered leasing or buying another vehicle. As a matter of fact, Teri was new to the dealership at that time. From 1991 - 2003, I leased a Legend followed by the RL. In 2003, I purchased my own vehicle, an MDX touring model. It was only 2 weeks ago with 163,000 miles on the MDX, that I decided I wanted to purchase another MDX. I was torn because my 2003 was still running great! The service department has been excellent in scheduling my routine maintenance and providing a loaner so I could have access to a vehicle during the day. Dave and Brian have been there as long as I can remember. The extended hours complemented my work schedule. The sales department is very professional and responsive. I emailed Teri inquiring about 2012 MDX availability. Within minutes she responded and the next day my paperwork was beig processed. Teri is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer questions. Like I said, I had a hard time parting with my 2003, but I never felt I was being pushed into a sale. I now have almost 800 miles on the new MDX. Another great decision! More

Brian was more than helpful and made my terrible experience with a different Acura dealership much happier. I am regretting that I did not purchase my Acura from Schaller. I will be sure to bring i experience with a different Acura dealership much happier. I am regretting that I did not purchase my Acura from Schaller. This is the 2nd vehicle that I have purchased from Schaller Acura. I had my first car serviced at this dealer as well and they always did an excellent job. That was also a reason for selecting this de Schaller Acura. I had my first car serviced at this dealer as well and they always did an excellent job. That was also a reason for selecting this dealership to purchase my 2012 MDX. I had such good luck with the dealership the first time, I looked forward to purchasing again from them. This is a very friendly environment - there is NO high-pressure sales tactics employed. Teri Lupacchino knew every detail about the MDX which really impressed me as this vehicle is very technologically advanced. I hope that she is still there in 7 years when I go to buy my 3rd MDX! More

Second: The service guys at Schaller. I told them that they are half the reason I came to Shaller to buy another Acura. Third: The service itself. In the past 8 years I have never, never been surprised by the results of my service. They tell me up front what will be done and the bill ahs never ever been outrageous. The service department at Schaller Acura is AWESOME...Brian and Joe are great service representatives and will take the time to help you get your car back on track. Dave is the service manager AWESOME...Brian and Joe are great service representatives and will take the time to help you get your car back on track. Dave is the service manager and he is the man -- he takes his job very seriously and runs a great service department. The technicians have always been very courteous when I have had to talk with them. I always get my car back with a car wash and a vaccuum. They have been able to get me loaner cars when I have needed them and I didn't even buy my CPO '05 RL from them! Schaller is awesome and if they have my next CPO car on their lot I will certainly consider purchasing from them. Their service department is tops, thanks to all for their hard work. More

We have leased two TL's and an MDX from Schaller and were always impressed with the friendliness and the quality of the expertise with which Terry treated us. We never left the lot without Terry giving us a always impressed with the friendliness and the quality of the expertise with which Terry treated us. We never left the lot without Terry giving us a full demonstraton of the the car's features. The service department was equally friendly and always took care of our needs in a timely manner. We have always felt like our business was valued by this dealership. Many times once you complete the transaction of lease or purchase they forget about you, not at Schaller. Because of these qualities we decided to make our last transaction a purchase rather than a lease. I do compare other dealerships to Schaller and I have not been to one that can exceed them in salemanship or service. More

I have purchased numerous vehicles at Schaler Acura over the years and have always come away feeling that I have been treated fairly and honestly. Teri Lupacchino would go the extra mile to ensure that my the years and have always come away feeling that I have been treated fairly and honestly. Teri Lupacchino would go the extra mile to ensure that my questions, etc. were handled efficiently and resolved satisfactorily. Even though I moved further away and had other Acura dealers closer to home, I still felt more comfortable dealing with the people at Schaler Acura which I had come to know, trust and respect. This even included ongoing service for my vehicles. More

I have been buying cars from Schaller for 22 years and having them serviced there. I have made my last 5 purchases through Teri Lupacchino. Dave Wiltsie has been the services manager the entire time. Sinc having them serviced there. I have made my last 5 purchases through Teri Lupacchino. Dave Wiltsie has been the services manager the entire time.
