My second Acura MDX 11 years ago we bought a 2003 MDX from Schaller Acura and after 332000 miles, we decided it was time to buy a new one. So we went back to Schaller Ac 11 years ago we bought a 2003 MDX from Schaller Acura and after 332000 miles, we decided it was time to buy a new one. So we went back to Schaller Acura and with the help of Jim Merrill we bought a 2014 MDX with 33 miles on it. Jim was great to work with as we went through the options we wanted on the new car and once we got the new car he sat with us in the car for over an hour going over the various radio, navigation, phone and information buttons, pages and settings. Special thanks also to Dave Wiltse, Brian Coughlin and Joe DeLaCruz for 11 years of top notch service and advice on my 2003 MDX, without them I never would have made it to 332000 miles and still counting. I look forward to working with them over the next 11 years on both MDXs. Thanks also to Brian Savo who called me during his vacation to let me know that everything had gone through fine with the financing options. More

I have been a customer of Schaller since I bought my first Acura Legend in 1987. Four Acura's later I now own a 2013 RDX sold to us by Teri Lupacchino in the Sales Department. Teri is courteous, highly first Acura Legend in 1987. Four Acura's later I now own a 2013 RDX sold to us by Teri Lupacchino in the Sales Department. Teri is courteous, highly knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. She knew we were torn between the technology package and the one without the package. Showing us the added features and giving us time to think about it really helped in making the decision to GO FOR IT!!!! At the time of pick up she went over all the programming and driving details with me and boy were there lots of them! She was so patient with me learning how to use the new system, I can't say enough good things about the experience. Schaller is, by far, the best dealer for sales and extraordinary service they provide. I wouldn't go anywhere else! The service manager, David Wiltsie, has been around since I started, this says a lot for the type of employer Schaller must be. Thank you Schaller Family, you are the best!!! More

I have leased my last 2 vehicles from Bob Kenton at Schaller Acura. He is a great sales consultant who always makes me feel like a valued customer. I was happy with happy with how Bob kept in touch and followed up with me from time to time after leasing my first vehicle from him, so when my lease ended I decided to go back to him earlier this year to lease another vehicle from him. Again, he continues to show great customer service by following up to ensure that everything is going well with my new vehicle. I have used the service department at Schaller Acura for my last 3 vehicles, and typically end up working with Brian Coughlin when I am there. He always makes me feel welcome, and I trust him to help ensure that my vehicle is kept up to date with all of its service needs. More

Shaller Acura continuously provides exceptional, prompt and courteous service. Their prices are fair and estimates are always accurate. The staff are amazing each and every time. It's unheard of in this day and age for a dealership to offer loaners - they are very much appreciated.
