I purchased RAV 4 XSE hybrid 2019. When I decided not to continue extra warranty n gap pay insurance- I was told that I have to wait till my first monthly or later before they can process it which is comple continue extra warranty n gap pay insurance- I was told that I have to wait till my first monthly or later before they can process it which is completely opposite to timeline mentioned on the document itself which I signed - said 2-3 weeks process time. Additionally if Finance Manager doesn’t like my decision of discontinuing extra warranty he still is bound to do it in timely manner and not tell me that I shall wait and pay my monthly $599.00 for two months instead of reducing it to $500.00 per month. Also it’s not nice to walk some one out of his office instead of being helpful. I’ve really good experience while working with Caleb n Felix and had no issues what so ever. All I request is to please cancel extra insurance ( gap & warranty) and have my monthly set back to $506.00 as agreed on Jan 7 with Felix n Caleb. Thank you for reading. Regards, RJ More
