We understand that situations like this can be frustrating, and we want to clarify what happened. When performing the oil change, the SAVI tool briefly activated the brake pedal and start button, and within seconds, your vehicle’s battery was tested. It immediately failed the load test, showing only 237 CCA, far below the required 800 CCA. Given how low the battery’s output was, we are surprised it was able to start before you brought it in that morning. While we take pride in offering transparent and thorough service, it seems there was some confusion during this process.
