Everything was great except delivery of vehicle Would change the protocol of having someone approach you before you get in door, for those who are intimated this may work against you. Instead they Would change the protocol of having someone approach you before you get in door, for those who are intimated this may work against you. Instead they should have someone greet you at door and assign a person to you to help view available cars and/or other type of assistance. That being said we had a GREAT young man, Wesley help us. He was extremely knowledgeable in the features of the Tundra and was not pushy and most pleasant. Our Salesman Brian was also low key and not pushy at all and assisted us in our negotiations resulting in a great sale for both us and the dealership. Nate the Sales Mgr was also very personable. Lastly, our finance person Kirsten was just so sweet and so competent in processing our paperwork. Now is where the excellence falls short. Part of the negotiation was to add several things to the truck, running boards, drop in liner, and tonneau cover. An appointment was made for me for the following week. Prior to coming in I "confirmed" all parts were in. I arrived at the dealership 8am with my daughter who had to get a sick baby out of bed to drive me back as they said it would be most of the day. About 9:30 I get a call saying that none of the parts were ordered. I was a bit angry asking how could this happen since I would expect the service department would pull the parts for the next days work but apparently they did not have an answer as to how this was not ordered nor how no one checked the parts on hand. They said probably a computer error but on all three parts??? Anyway, complained to Svc Mgr and he promised all would turn out well. A few days later parts arrived and all went well. They provided a rental for the day and detailed my truck when delivered with everything on it as promised. Was a happy camper thanks to Asst Mgr Ty. Hope a lesson was learned from this experience. I would request each of those people above if looking to purchase a car or truck, you won't be disappointed. Purchased a new Tundra Limited Truck! More

Long time customer for a reason. I just purchased my 4th work truck (Tundra) from T of NC. The customer service cannot be compared to any other dealer. This is a well run and efficien I just purchased my 4th work truck (Tundra) from T of NC. The customer service cannot be compared to any other dealer. This is a well run and efficient dealership that respects your time and does their best to get you into a vehicle even if you have issues. I had issues that were overcome because this is a dealership that cares and employs sales people like Brian Doyle that make the process easy and make you feel like you are in good hands. You're greeted by friendly people like Elizabeth that walk you to the vehicle you're interested in and are knowledgable about all the features and differences between trim packages. Brian then makes the purchase painless. The announcement on the PA that you have just purchased a new vehicle is followed by the owners manual and keys being delivered to the desk. A bit corny a cheesy? Possibly, but fun none the less. It is a well thought out a choreographed sequence designed to relieve the anxiety of having to deal your best and transition you to the happiness you should be feeling about leaving the dealer in a new vehicle. The paperwork for a new vehicle is daunting these days. David Watts in Finance walks you through it with professionalism, ease and good cheer. He's the last person I saw before leaving with a new truck. Good move. I'll be back when I need a new truck, Thank you. Mark L. More

The folks at the body shop, namely Kendra Tipton were so helpful and good to work with. When the repair cost turned out to be more than the estimate due to hidden damage, she contacted my insurance company and worked everything out. It only took 2 days to complete the work and it looks like nothing ever happened to my car. I highly recommend Toyota of North Charlotte for the buying experience, service dept., and body shop. I wouldn't take my car any where else. More

He walked us through the lot and thoroughly explained the features of a new Toyota 4Runner. After an explanation of the updated features in conjunction with the safety performance I am accustomed to as a loyal Toyota customer, we took a test drive. Minutes later we were filling out paperwork with a very professional Sales Specialist; Brian Doyle. Mr. Doyle explained a variety of financing options and quickly arranged a meeting with Mr. David Watts to "close the deal".
