I have been a Toyota customer for a very long time. I have had probably only two occasions where I was not satisfied. This most recent visit was one in which I was unhappy with the service I received. Fi have had probably only two occasions where I was not satisfied. This most recent visit was one in which I was unhappy with the service I received. First, the Service Representative went over the invoice and indicated that he did not charge me for the tire rotation. When I got home and read the invoice it indicates the tire rotation was not done because both of the rear tires had screws in them, so the tires were "left where they were at and due to safety reasons". Second, I asked the Service Representative if the "Detail Job" would be done by 4pm (my appointment was at 8:30am), and he informed me that usually they keep the vehicle over night depending on how bad the stains were in the vehicle. He also, assured me that the seats would not be wet. Well, my vehicle was not very bad so it should not have needed extensive cleaning with the exception of the front passenger seat where there was a stain. When I picked up my vehicle after 4:00pm, the seats were damp. I had a "Detail Job" done on 8/14/2019 in which I dropped the vehicle off early in the morning and picked it up after 4:00 pm, and the inside was not damp when I picked it up. I had told the Service Representative that if the "Detail Job" could not be completed by 4:00pm with the seats being dry, then I would reschedule it for another day. He insisted that he would see that it was complete and the seats would be dry. This is the first time I have worked with this Service Representative, and unfortunately I am dissatisfied with the service I received from him. I am not letting this incident change my view of Toyota, because as I stated I have been a customer for a long time, way before I came to Minnesota. However, I really feel that it is important to be totally upfront when providing customer service. More

Amazing customer service, very professional! i had issues with my Hyundai and needed a new engine. Brian helped me get my car fixed quickly and kepted me informed with updated and got me into a rental issues with my Hyundai and needed a new engine. I have never dealt with st cloud toyota in the past but i will for sure try to deal with them for my next vehicle. Their service department is great to deal with, they had my Highlander service completed ab will for sure try to deal with them for my next vehicle. Their service department is great to deal with, they had my Highlander service completed about an hour before i expected it to be. They gave me a ride home and picked me up with a smile. More
