Everyone was very professional and guided me through the experience, since this was the first Toyota and service through St Cloud Toyota. My only issue was not with the service department but with the clie experience, since this was the first Toyota and service through St Cloud Toyota. My only issue was not with the service department but with the clients and some of the staff while I was waiting for the work to be done. Several clients and staff either were not wearing masks or were wearing them on ways that did not provide protection. I have a compromised immune system and this made me very uncomfortable. If weather permits when I need additional service, I will remain outside to avoid this behavior. Jeff Weidmann More
