They did everything to meet my needs when I wasn't scheduled to be seen. Brian was awesome, it figured out a way to fix my car, so, I could drive home which was an hour and a half away. I drive up to St. Cloud from Minneapolis because of the excellent care i always receive. I never feel pressured to buy anything i don't need and the reps always explain everything clearly and explain optio excellent care i always receive. Its where i bought my car and where i take it for service and will buy my next car here also. More

Appointment was at 8:30 but 2 hrs later finally done, vehicle stunk when I got it back like weed - not sure what happened but took a while to air out, advisor was good-friendly-thorough, greeter was extr vehicle stunk when I got it back like weed - not sure what happened but took a while to air out, advisor was good-friendly-thorough, greeter was extremely friendly, service was done correct, overall was okay visit have had much better there as usually it is A++++ service but this time was not anywhere near that rating. Everyone was very professional and guided me through the experience, since this was the first Toyota and service through St Cloud Toyota. My only issue was not with the service department but with the clie experience, since this was the first Toyota and service through St Cloud Toyota. My only issue was not with the service department but with the clients and some of the staff while I was waiting for the work to be done. Several clients and staff either were not wearing masks or were wearing them on ways that did not provide protection. I have a compromised immune system and this made me very uncomfortable. If weather permits when I need additional service, I will remain outside to avoid this behavior. Jeff Weidmann More
