I’ve been very happy with my transition from a full sized Chevy to my new 2022 Tacoma. However I did have a not so good experience with the shuttle service. I was apparently forgotten at the designated p Chevy to my new 2022 Tacoma. However I did have a not so good experience with the shuttle service. I was apparently forgotten at the designated pick up time. 45 minutes late to be exact. Also, I was asked if I’d be interested in a courtesy wash of which I did not get.. also forgotten. But it did make me question the service departments ability to maintain a quality service. Love my truck but service does become a factor as part of the long term relations and the brand loyalty I’ll keep when it’s time to upgrade… again. This is my second new Toyota purchase.. Will there be more? That all falls on the service departments ability to earn my confidence. More

I called 10 times to know about update in my vehicle which was on maintaineance but couldn't connect to agent Daniel Pope. Increase in rate for the same maintainenace that I did before. Their time frame on getting work done and keeping me updated is fantastic. The work took a bit longer than expected and they hooked me up with a loaner overnight. Usually they're really great but this time around my appointment wasn't actually scheduled when I was told it was so it had to be rescheduled. When I went in for the rescheduled appointment they offered appointment wasn't actually scheduled when I was told it was so it had to be rescheduled. When I went in for the rescheduled appointment they offered me a free car wash that they did not do, and there was a leak in my transmission noted on my paperwork but no one ever told me or explained what was going on. It was a very poor experience. More
