We have been a loyal St. Cloud Toyota customer for nine years now. In my most recent visit for an oil change and tire rotation, I had grandpa duty that day and had my 5 month old grand daughter with me. Th years now. In my most recent visit for an oil change and tire rotation, I had grandpa duty that day and had my 5 month old grand daughter with me. The service and length of time was typical of prior visits. Personal, professional and efficient. What I want to point out is the care and thoughtfulness of the service department after the truck was done. They took the extra time and effort to pull my truck back into the warm bay to eliminate me having to take my grand daughter out into the single digit temperature. To me, this was above and beyond their duty or requirements. We truly appreciate your kindness and thoughtfulness. More
