This was my first time at the dealership. Brian was awesome from the hump! Super friendly and more importantly super informative. He didnt leave any room for surprises. It was easy to set the service department appointment online. I arrived earlier than my appointed time; nonetheless, John checked me in and got the service order started. I received text messages with updates on my vehicle, requests for authorization, and notification that it was ready for pickup. Easy overall. I am pleased with the services. More
