Brian, the service advisor was very friendly and straightforward. Had to leave my truck overnight to get a diagnostic which showed my Electronic Power Steering (EPS) needs replacing. This seems to be an issue with 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 and nationwide had a recall on some vehicles. My VIN number said my vehicle was not included in the recall which is ironic given the fact that I have the exact problem with the steering wheel locking up as well. I believe the recall needs to be reevaluated to see if more lots/ VINs may have been overlooked and not included in the recall given the fact that Dodge knows this has been a problem that other drivers have encountered as well with the same year of production as mine. The cost is over $4,000 to fix, leaving the consumer with a bill the company should be liable to replace. Diagnostic fee of nearly $300 is still required for you to pay even if you decline the service. On another note, Brian was great and kept in contact via phone and text and I would recommend him for a service advisor. More
