Very skeptical about taking my car into a dealership because of all the terrible reviews and horror stories I have read. My experience at Oakbrook Toyota was nothing short of amazing! Brian was fantasti because of all the terrible reviews and horror stories I have read. My experience at Oakbrook Toyota was nothing short of amazing! Brian was fantastic! He explained everything every step of the way when my vehicle needed a new transmission. He communicated with me every couple days to give me updates on the progress and if there were any changes, he made sure to let me know and explain why. I live in Chicago so it's not a quick trip, but I won't take my vehicle anywhere else. Love Toyota vehicles and it's safe to say Oakbrook Toyota has a new life long customer! Thanks again! More

Brian was polite and very professional. The issue I have (not Brian's fault) is that I always have to wait so long when I come in for my warranty covered maintenance visits to be completed The issue I have (not Brian's fault) is that I always have to wait so long when I come in for my warranty covered maintenance visits to be completed (I aways make appointments before coming in). I believe that paying customers are being given priority treatment. I understand that you are making money on their visits, but I did buy my car from your dealership. More

The service advisor,Brian,was very helpful in explaining what was going on with my car and in arranging a ride home on the shuttle service. The waiting room was very comfortable and well stocked.I especial what was going on with my car and in arranging a ride home on the shuttle service.
