disappointed I bought a car from these people..I had to wait over two hours for my car to get detailed ..because the guy detailing was arguing back & 4th with the I bought a car from these people..I had to wait over two hours for my car to get detailed ..because the guy detailing was arguing back & 4th with the salesman...the guy detailing was fired while I was still waiting for my car to be detailed...when they drove my car around to me it was absolutely awful...I notice some marks all over the hood of my car...look like the detailer had used acid or some other tire cleaner on my car....the manger & salesmen told me they would fix my car to my satisfaction even if it took repainting ....they ended up sending the car to a professional detailer to buff off marks on the hood....after they returned my car to me...the general manger didn’t want to guarantee in writing that the marks would not come back....my husband finally got him to put in writing a guarantee for six months when the manager only wanted to do 30 days....I’m very disappointed in my car experience with these people & don’t even want the car now...looking into trading with another dealership...knowing I’m going to be upside down in another purchase....I would not & will never do business there again & will be reporting this ...this was suppose to be a happy experience for me...it turned into a total nightmare....worse car shopping experience ever More

I was more disappointed that I drove 2 hours and they didn’t even wash the truck that they knew I was looking at. The salesman I dealt with was a text book sales guy nothing special. I’m not knocking them just saying there’s nothing special. More
