Roger was very knowledgeable and treated us with outstanding manners, which it is somewhat hard to find in this industry; he was very patient with us and our toddler and took his time with us even when he sensed we were not going to get a deal, and spending time us would keep him from addressing other customers. Great, friendly service for my Jeep Grand Cherokee Purchase My wife and I came here to look at the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Carlos H. was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient in showing us various trims My wife and I came here to look at the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Carlos H. was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient in showing us various trims to help us establish a range of options for us to consider. Once we selected a car with the features we wanted, we worked with Brian H. to negotiate a great deal on a 36mo lease. Brian was open and receptive to our requests throughout the negotiation process. He was a great listener and responded rationally. We dealt with him openly and honestly and he certainly reciprocated. Fernando V. in finance was also organized and knowledgeable. Car buying is such a lengthy process so his clear and concise approach was greatly appreciated. Most importantly, my wife and I thrilled with our new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Thanks, Team DCJR! More
